We love pizza at Marsini's Kitchen. We love our pizza. We love everyone elses pizza. We love making pizza. We obviously love making outrageous pizzas. 6 years ago we opened and @michaelconnolly144 taught us all how to make pizza. Mike helped put Marsini's Kitchen on the map with his simple jersey pie and a thin and crispy Margarita Pizza. From there, we added our on twist on Pizza and later added a thick pan pizza that my grandmother made. Every weekend, for 6 years, Mike came into the restaurant with the most outrageous pizza ingredients and helped Marsini's Kitchen build a following. This summer, we are taking pizza off the menu. This decision was very difficult. The building that we are in is just too small to dedicate so much space for pizza. Our catering is exploding, and our dine In dinner service and take-out is out of control.(good problems to have). We're simply out of room. On a busy day, we would sell 50 to 60 pizzas, but the space pizza takes up between the pizza station, dough tables, Walk-in space, and pizza ovens is just too much. We need to focus on our expanding catering clients and our dine In service experience. We hope to add pizza again after the busy summer. We are also are working with our Landlord on expanding the building to fit our needs. The longterm pizza plan is a brick oven artisan pizza that fits the style of what we have created here at Marsini's Kitchen. We sincerely apologize to all of our loyal pizza customers. Mike will be doing Pop Up style pizza nights this summer outside, so stay tuned. Thank you, and we hope you understand. We love you all and see you tonight!!

Sorry, but the kitchen will be closed tonight, we are almost done finishing up the last couple things to do to get ready for this weekend. We are excited to show everybody what we’ve been working on. It’s been quite the process. Thank you for your understanding. We will see everybody tomorrow.

Sorry for the inconvenience but we will be closed today, for deep cleaning after our new windows have been installed. We are trying to get ready for this summer so we can give everyone the best experience Marsinis kitchen can give. There are going to be many changes and some friends of the kitchen might be upset, but we are growing and our space is not getting any bigger so we are doing the best we can for this summer. Stay tuned, and thank you so much for your continued support. If we can get everything done in time we might be able to open for dinner service, haha!!
